wln8 Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between the user of the wln8 platform and its services ("Player" or "you") and wln8 ("Company", "we").

Please read these terms carefully before accessing the wln8 website, opening an account, playing games, or making any deposit or withdrawal. By continuing to use the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted this Agreement.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to use the wln8 platform. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from accessing this platform.

• Players must submit a valid national ID card or passport to verify that they meet the age requirement.
• If a player is found to have provided false age information, the account will be immediately closed and any remaining balance will be handled at our discretion.
• We may request age verification at any time.

One Person — One Account

Each player may open only one account on wln8. Opening a second account using the same national ID, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

• If linked accounts are detected, bonuses will be voided and the account may be suspended.
• If a second account is found to have been opened using the same IP address, device, or payment method, the same action will be taken.

Account Registration and Verification

Players must register with accurate and truthful personal information. wln8 may suspend any account opened with false information at any time.

• When requesting a withdrawal, players must pass a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and submit the required documents.
• Account passwords must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• Lending, selling, or transferring your account to a third party is also prohibited.

Account Protection

All activities carried out on your account are the responsibility of the account holder. If any unauthorized activity occurs, contact Customer Support immediately.

wln8 protects your data with SSL encryption, but players are also responsible for keeping their own devices secure.

Make a deposit

Deposit methods available at wln8 are KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay.

• Minimum deposit amount: 5,000 Ks
• You must only use payment methods that belong to you when making a deposit.
• Depositing with a third party's payment method is prohibited; doing so may result in the funds not being returned and the account being suspended.
• If your deposit is incomplete, please contact customer support.

Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal from their account, and once verification is complete, it will be processed within 10–45 minutes.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 20,000 Ks
• The payment method used for withdrawal must be the same as the one used for the deposit.
• If KYC documents are not yet complete, withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold.
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected, wln8 will cooperate with the relevant authorities.

Welcome Bonus

First-time depositors at wln8 can receive a 150% welcome bonus — 150% of the deposit amount, up to 100,000 Ks.

• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet a wagering requirement of bonus amount × 10.
• Example: Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, giving a total of 50,000 Ks. You must meet a wagering requirement of 30,000 Ks × 10 = 300,000 Ks.
• Example: Deposit 140,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving a total of 240,000 Ks. You must meet a wagering requirement of 100,000 Ks × 10 = 1,000,000 Ks.

Bonus Modification Policy

Bonus funds apply only to the promotion period and game types announced by wln8. If wln8 detects any abuse intended to exploit bonus funds, it may void the bonus and all winnings derived from it.

• Each player may receive the welcome bonus once only.
• If the bonus period expires, the bonus funds will be forfeited.
• wln8 may modify or discontinue bonus promotions without prior notice.

Players must refrain from the following activities:

• Money laundering in any form
• Bonus abuse — opening accounts for the purpose of exploiting bonus funds
• Using software, bots, or automation tools that could affect game outcomes
• Making unauthorized chargebacks
• Allowing a third party to use your account
• Probing or attacking the platform's security vulnerabilities
• Engaging in undisclosed collusion

If any of the above activities are detected, wln8 will immediately suspend the account and handle any remaining balance in accordance with applicable laws.

Random Number Generation

All games offered at wln8 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology, so game outcomes are fair and cannot be controlled by anyone.

wln8 stores players' game data securely and protects it with SSL encryption.

Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises related to gameplay, the player must contact wln8 customer support to resolve it within 7 days. wln8's decision is final.

• If a player believes a result is incorrect, they must raise a complaint within 24 hours of finishing the game; complaints submitted after that period will not be accepted.

wln8 always puts players' wellbeing first. We firmly believe that gaming should be for fun, not as a source of income.

All content, designs, trademarks, software, and graphics on the wln8 platform are the intellectual property of wln8.

• Players may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any of the above materials without prior written permission from wln8.
• The platform is permitted for normal gaming use only; commercial use or reference is prohibited.

wln8 limits its liability for financial losses, damages, consequential losses, or issues arising from third parties as a result of players' gaming activity:

• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. network issues, server maintenance)
• Game disruptions caused by issues with the player's own device
• Financial losses resulting from the player's own decisions

wln8's limitation of liability will be applied in accordance with all applicable laws.

Changes to the Agreement

wln8 may update this agreement at any time, and the date of any change will be shown in the "Last Updated" field on this page. We may provide advance notice where possible, but cannot guarantee it.

If a player continues to use the platform after changes have been made, they are considered to have accepted the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may contact us to close your account.
